Happy Fall Y'all
Thought I'd pop in and wish everyone a happy Autumn. The twins turn 3 this weekend and start preschool on Monday. I will officially have time to BLOG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi-I stumbled on your blog today for the first time and I just want to say hang in there. I know it's a pretty shitty phrase but you wouldn't believe how many others are in similar situations as you-not that it's any reassurance or happy awakening to know that but anyway I just wanted to reach out to you on a human level and let you know I feel where you're coming from on SO many levels! I have twin (almost) 16 month olds and I'm "trapped" in the house 24/7 also and having that plus struggling to avoid eviction and keep your lights on just ruins the entire experience you SHOULD BE having as a SAHM of twins!! It's really effin ironic how you get this big major blessing of having twins but then the state of living today just kicks you in the teeth and you can't enjoy it!! It's also crazy as Hell how the system is a total catch 22--they won't help you with childcare unless you have a job already but yet you can't get a job without childcare???!!! WTF??!! And $26 per month for family of 4??? Are they fucking kidding??!! I'm PISSED for you! That's ridiculous and not even worth the time & paperwork you had to put in to get that!
For what it's worth I'm praying for you and your family! Just take care of your babies the best best best you can & love them 100x more! Try to stop the madness in your head every now and then to enjoy them a little before it passes you by-I have older children as well and the time just goes!! I wish you ALL the BEST!! God bless!
